  • Work will only commence after both parties sign the contract and required deposits are received.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation or project prior to signing a contract at no cost.

  • Once a contract is signed and materials or labor have been scheduled, cancellation policies and refund eligibility will be determined as outlined in that contract.

  • Custom orders and special materials are non-refundable once purchased.

 

7. Warranties

  • Stark Kitchen & Bath stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
